Through our contact form we collect: name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), and the contents of your message. Where you submit a form we also store the date and time, your consent choices, and a technical log entry of the submission.

Through the website itself we collect, via Vercel hosting and — where enabled — Google Analytics 4, standard technical data including IP address (typically truncated), user agent, referring URL, and pages viewed.

We use submitted form data to respond to your inquiry, to maintain a business record of communications, and to carry out any engagement you subsequently instruct us on.

We use website analytics data to understand how our site is used, to improve content and performance, and to maintain the security of the service.

Our lawful basis for processing form submissions is the consent you provide at the point of submission, and, where relevant, the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request.

Our lawful basis for analytics and security logging is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

We use the following processors to operate this website: Vercel Inc. (hosting and content delivery) and an email delivery service for form submissions (currently forwarded to cr@fahdan.com). Where enabled, Google LLC is also a processor for analytics.
